  研究方向

質譜儀(MS)是最為廣泛使用的分析工具之一。它是測量離子(帶電的分子)質量的儀器,目前在生物及醫學相關的研究上相當重要,我們實驗室主要的工作就是以質譜儀為工具進行各種生化分析的研究,下列為主要的研究方向:

1.蛋白體研究

2.微生物的分析與鑑定

3.蛋白質結構分析(氫/氘交換,串聯質譜技術)

4.各類磷脂結構鑑定

5.磷脂與生物活性關係之探討
